Innovative Emergency Equipment is a growing manufacturer of premium equipment for police, fire, and emergency response vehicles. We design and manufacture electronics storage systems, consoles, cargo management solutions, weapon storage, computer mounting systems, and other specialized equipment used by public safety agencies throughout the United States.

We're looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to help us build our brand and expand our digital presence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys marketing, graphic design, social media, websites, photography, and content creation—and who wants to grow with a successful manufacturing company.

You'll work directly with company leadership and our sales and engineering teams to create marketing materials that showcase our innovative products and help drive business growth.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator will play an important role in growing our company's brand and visibility. This position will be responsible for helping redesign and maintain our website, managing social media, creating marketing materials, developing customer communications, and supporting new product launches. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and excited to bring new ideas to our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with redesigning, updating, and maintaining our company website.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Design weekly or bi-weekly customer flyers, email bulletins, and product announcements.
• Develop and update product brochures, catalogs, and other sales literature.
• Photograph products and edit images for marketing materials.
• Create short promotional and product demonstration videos.
• Support new product launches with marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Assist with trade show marketing, booth graphics, promotional displays, and presentations.
• Maintain consistent branding across all company communications.
• Work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand our products and communicate their features and benefits.
• Research new marketing ideas and help implement strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist with additional marketing projects as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (AA) preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree is welcome but not required.
• Marketing experience, internships, freelance work, or relevant college projects are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
• Basic experience editing websites (WordPress or similar platforms is preferred).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative, dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits
