Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist

Alomar Holding Company, a leading diversified investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. As part of our real estate-focused business, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing initiatives that support project launches, lead generation, and sales pipeline efficiency. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and contribute to the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey
• Coordinate with sales teams to enhance lead conversion and pipeline efficiency
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Support project launches and various marketing activities across the real estate portfolio

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Saudi nationality
• Native proficiency in Arabic
• 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing and campaign management experience
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer journey
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking and analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for marketing analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of lead generation and the customer funnel
• Experience coordinating with sales teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline efficiency
• Availability to join within 30 days or less

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience marketing real estate projects or working in the real estate industry
