Role Overview

The Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager will bridge product, sales, and external marketing agencies to ensure strong market positioning, consistent brand messaging, and high-impact demand-generation initiatives. This role combines strategic marketing, digital execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work independently while coordinating external agencies and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and lead generation.
  • Understand target audience needs, industry trends, and market dynamics to shape marketing strategy.
  • Translate product features into compelling value propositions and sales-ready messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring activities align with business priorities.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Growth

  • Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Optimise SEO strategy, website content, and organic search performance in coordination with agencies.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns (HubSpot, Microsoft CRM, or equivalent).
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints—website, social media, emails, campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and newsletters.

3. Agency Coordination & Deliverable Oversight

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies.
  • Align agencies on objectives, GTM plans, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Review and approve creatives, content, reports, and campaign plans.
  • Track campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and deadlines.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Consolidate reporting from agencies, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Measure performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing, track conversions, and propose optimisation strategies.
  • Present performance summaries and recommendations to senior management.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Regional Teams, and Content/Design functions.
  • Assist the sales team with promotional materials, product messaging, sales kits, and collateral.
  • Support marketing for trade exhibitions, webinars, customer events, and partnerships.
  • Share market feedback with product teams to influence roadmaps and feature prioritisation.

About You

Essential

  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination.
  • Proven experience managing agencies or external marketing partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, CRM tools).
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end marketing activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing for SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (GA, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush).
  • Exposure to B2B or manufacturing/fenestration sectors.
  • Experience managing contractors or small teams.
