Role Overview
The Marketing Director / Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, recruit talent, and expand our digital presence. This individual will manage campaigns, optimize paid advertising, and coordinate a team to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and growth plans
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)
• Recruit, lead, and mentor marketing and content talent
• Repurpose and distribute content across multiple platforms and communities
• Establish ambassador/influencer programs to increase reach
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing leadership, digital growth, or related roles
• Demonstrated success in scaling lifestyle or culture-driven brands
• Expertise in digital advertising, funnels, and campaign management
• Strong understanding of content distribution and automation tools
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities

Preferred

• Background in lifestyle, barbering, fashion, or related industries
• Experience managing communities or ambassador programs
