Job description:

Valley Hyperbaric Center Fresno is seeking a Marketing Director to join our hyperbaric team for our clinic in Fresno. Applicant will be experienced making contact and conversing with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Hyperbaric medicine offers specialized treatment to patients with chronic wounds, tissue damage from radiation and certain infections, as well as for emergency conditions such as carbon monoxide poisoning, diving accidents and gas embolism. Our team is under the direction of MDs with experience in hyperbaric medicine. Patients are referred from Oral Surgeons, Urologists, Podiatrists, Wound Care Clinics, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Radiation Oncologists and others. We will train the Applicant in the specifics of hyperbaric medicine.

Preferences:
Prior experience in marketing in the medical field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively establish/build relationships with medical professionals.

Proven organizational/managerial skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Essential Job Duties:
Explain the benefits of hyperbaric treatments to physicians and clinics and follow-up on referrals received.

Create a marketing plan for the target areas and work with Medical Directors to implement it.

Follow-up with existing referral sources provided by Medical Directors

Community Education and Marketing
Build ongoing relationships with local physicians, wound care centers and hospitals that would be referring their patients for hyperbaric treatments.

Education:
Stay abreast of current trends in hyperbaric medicine.

Attend training provided by Valley Hyperbaric Center

Salary: $75,000.00 per year
