Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance and drive brand awareness, support the overall marketing strategy, support organizational growth, and engage our markets. This role involves developing campaigns, managing digital platforms, coordinating events, and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals and branding standards.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, website content, and email campaigns to increase engagement.
- Create engaging and relevant promotional marketing materials including social media updates, brochures, flyers, email newsletters, website content, and presentations.
- Create, coordinate, and manage online and offline advertising efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads, and traditional media placements.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness; ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Coordinate community outreach and company events.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and ROI, and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market insights for management.
- Collaborate and develop relationships with vendors, media contacts, and internal teams across all regions.
- Oversee the selection, ordering, and distribution of branded clothing and gear for employees.
- Occasional travel will be necessary to support marketing initiatives, attend industry events, and collaborate with regional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation competences.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
