About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and organized Marketing Director to join our multiple location medical practice. This position plays a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth across all service lines — Medical Weight Loss, Med Spa, Aesthetics, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution. They should be comfortable visiting centers across North and South Carolina to capture authentic content, support local initiatives, and ensure brand consistency company-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, strategically plan, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns to support monthly initiatives, educational themes, and promotional offers, ensuring alignment with company goals and seasonal opportunities.
- Lead the creation of generating content and present creative campaign and sales ideas that enhance patient engagement and drive growth.
- Create and distribute marketing materials and content across channels, including social media, flyers, email campaigns, and internal education pieces.
- Gather and produce content by visiting centers to capture photos, videos, and team highlights.
- Lead the creation of engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
- Create, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Maintain and update the company WordPress website (basic management; advanced development not required).
- Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with product management to align marketing efforts with product launches and enhancements.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage advertising sales efforts, ensuring effective budget allocation and return on investment.
- Collaborate with vendors, photographers, and agencies as needed to support campaign initiatives.
- Uphold brand consistency and quality across all marketing channels and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industries.
- Proven experience managing social media and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong design sense and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong research skills to identify market trends and consumer insights.
- Ability and willingness to travel to centers across North and South Carolina on a regular basis to gather content.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a multi-location healthcare or med spa environment.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Comfort in gathering content and engaging with staff and patients for marketing initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adapt strategies.
