Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on multichannel marketing, referral sources from other Dental Providers, digital marketing, and content marketing.
- Lead the creation and execution of compelling campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives by collaborating with office managers and teams to create effective advertising solutions that meet our doctor and office needs, while supporting company objectives.
- Supervise the development of engaging content for various channels, including email marketing campaigns, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms built on WordPress or similar CMS tools.
- Coordinate product management activities by aligning marketing efforts with product launches, updates, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee budgeting processes for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across digital ads (Google AdWords), print media, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Lead performance marketing efforts by setting KPIs, tracking conversions, and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and sales growth.
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives by developing targeted outreach strategies for business clients and partners.
- Manage cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, analysts, and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing approaches integrating digital advertising, email campaigns, print media, and e-commerce solutions.
- Experience in advertising sales with the ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation and branding assets.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in content marketing development including copywriting for diverse formats like blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform along with basic HTML skills for website management and optimization.
- Strong research capabilities to analyze market trends and consumer behavior insights that inform strategic planning.
- Experience in performance marketing techniques focused on conversion optimization through data analysis and iterative testing.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies aimed at building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Budgeting expertise to plan campaigns efficiently while maximizing impact within financial constraints.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
