The Marketing Director will lead the development, execution, and optimization of the company’s marketing strategy within the fast-moving Food & Beverage environment. This role requires a strong understanding of brand management, product launches, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-growth F&B or FMCG companies and a track record of driving revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, market growth initiatives, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee marketing budgeting and forecasting.

Brand & Product Marketing

  • Manage end-to-end product launch plans, including pricing, packaging, promotion, and communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Social Media

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to grow the company’s online presence.
  • Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to increase organic reach and ranking.
  • Direct social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage content creation, performance marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve conversions.

Sales & Business Growth Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support trade marketing, promotions, and channel strategies.
  • Lead marketing efforts for B2B and B2C channels, including retail, online, and food-service.
  • Drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention programs.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, workflows, and project management within the department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG or F&B industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Proven experience managing brand portfolios and launching successful F&B products.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
