Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, utilizing advanced digital marketing tools and analytics. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and performance marketing to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives. The Marketing Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, optimize advertising efforts, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.

Duties

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies encompassing digital, print, social media, and e-commerce channels.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and support brand positioning.
  • Oversee SEO optimization, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing initiatives to increase online visibility.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to design and analyze campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Coordinate product management activities related to marketing initiatives and oversee campaign budgets.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to optimize ROI and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive B2B marketing efforts to expand business partnerships and sales opportunities.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns and develop strategies for performance marketing across digital platforms.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation; WordPress and HTML for website management; Google Analytics for data analysis; Marketing automation tools for campaign management.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, product management, budgeting, and sales integration.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging across various formats.
  • Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and consumer insights.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making; familiarity with analytics tools is essential.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
