Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. This role will oversee all marketing initiatives and develop campaigns that support business goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong ability to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email, and traditional channels.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Create and oversee partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer
- Ability to lift and carry light items, such as marketing materials, promotional items, or office supplies (up to 30 pounds)
- Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, and copiers
- Ability to attend meetings, events, or off-site activities as needed (may involve short periods of walking or standing)
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient for reading documents, viewing computer screens, and participating in video or in-person meetings
- Occasional travel may be required for events, trade shows, or meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
