Position Summary
As a Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and demand creation for KSP Fulfillment. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional partnership. You will manage digital marketing efforts, oversee content development, optimize campaigns, and support the sales team with marketing assets that drive revenue growth.
Essential Functions
- Demonstrate alignment with the Core Values of KSP Fulfillment.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing programs within HubSpot, including automated workflows, landing pages, emails, list segmentation, dashboards, reporting, etc.
- Manage SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, AI-SEO content tools, and performance tracking to increase organic visibility.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, analyzing key metrics to improve ROI and lower acquisition cost.
- Produce compelling content for multiple channels including website, blog, social media, email, and sales collateral.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and digital assets.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, usability, SEO alignment, and a strong reflection of the brand.
- Collaborate with sales to develop market-specific content, outreach sequences, and supporting materials to improve lead conversion.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation points.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations based on data.
- Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through targeted content, campaigns, and messaging.
- Monitor and manage digital channels including LinkedIn and industry platforms; plan and execute channel-specific content calendars.
- Contribute to trade show and event strategies, including pre-show marketing, materials, and follow-up workflows.
- Maintain organized digital assets and documentation for marketing programs.
- Respectful and professional treatment of all team members.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or B2B services space.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM workflows, landing pages, email design, reporting).
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and AI-SEO tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Google Ads & PPC campaigns.
- Excellent content creation skills, including the ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
