TEQ Customs is leader in the off-road and overlanding aftermarket space, specializing in parts and services for off-road vehicles. Whether we're selling parts through our ecommerce site or modifying vehicles at our shop in Morrisville, NC, TEQ provides high quality products and services to our customers. We are quickly growing and currently employ a team of 18 employees throughout our operations.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director knowledgable about the offroad, overlanding, or outdoor industries to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and multichannel campaigns, with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This leadership role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

This position is available to remote or in-person employees. Remote employees will need to periodically travel to our location in Morrisville, NC for events and content creation efforts.

Relocation assistance is available for a strong candidate who wishes to work in person.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and management of content marketing initiatives, including social media posts, blog posts, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Lead multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with key partners.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate product management activities related to marketing initiatives for new product launches or updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Oversee budgeting and optimization for all marketing activities ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B marketing strategies that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative tools.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing across channels such as Facebook Advertising and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of and experience with the automotive or outdoor industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
