We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead Woundtech’s brand and growth strategy. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and relentless innovator who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and execution. You will be a key partner to Growth and Clinical Operations, driving campaigns that elevate our brand, expand market share, and deepen engagement across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Build the Growth Engine
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning branding, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Lead market expansion initiatives
Drive Influence & Engagement
- Own brand messaging and content strategy across all channels—web, email, social media, and events.
- Design and manage integrated campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, conferences, newsletters) that drive measurable engagement and revenue.
Digital Leadership
- Oversee website strategy and optimization to enhance user experience and drive utilization.
- Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to build automated, data-driven marketing journeys.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Growth and Clinical teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Develop sales enablement tools and referrer engagement strategies.
Data-Driven Storytelling
- Translate relevant clinical publications and market dynamics into compelling, value-based narratives.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance to continuously refine strategy.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of B2B and ABM marketing experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
- Proven success leading high-growth marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-informed decision-making.
- Exceptional storytelling ability and strategic mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
