Objectives and Responsibilities
- Manage other marketing staff to ensure consistent content that truly reflects the awesomeness of our product lineup.
- Explore new and exciting ways to promote our business through the latest trends and technologies.
- Work closely with the web development department to ensure best SEO practices along with UI and UX improvements.
- Understand and monitor website analytics and sales metrics to identify possible opportunities and improvements.
- Provide competitor insights to product development to help identify the next evolution of products.
- Manage our group of influencers to ensure the promotion of our amazing product lineup.
- Work with designers to ensure visually stunning content and a trending look and feel.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Plan and manage all trade shows, including booth design, finding new shows, and analyzing ROI.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years with an Assistant Marketing Director or Marketing Director level role.
- Must be a master of communication.
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of PPC advertising (Google, Facebook)
- Experience with using and overseeing CRM software
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce best practices and emerging technologies.
- Must be a “Do-er” ready to jump in and get your hands dirty working with your team.
- Firearm knowledge preferred
- Proven experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
