Role Summary

As the Marketing Director for Saudi Arabia, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and lead the full marketing agenda for one of the company’s most important emerging markets. You will be responsible for building and executing a growth plan, defining market positioning, driving product strategy, and leading the marketing team. You can expect to have 3-4 marketing direct reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the 3-year growth and market strategy , strengthening market differentiation and the company’s go-to-market positioning in KSA.
  • Define product, pricing, and promotion frameworks , ensuring effective localization, knowledge transfer, and commercial readiness, supported by accurate forecasting and market demand planning.
  • Oversee branding, marketing communications, and digital strategy , including CRM, marketing automation, AI-driven insights, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Lead end-user and channel marketing across B2B and B2C , ensuring strong engagement models while maintaining relationships with government entities, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team overseeing A&P budgets with a focus on ROI and ensuring alignment with governance, integrity standards, and senior leadership priorities.


Essential skills and experience

  • Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, ideally in energy or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong background working with multinational corporations and product-driven business models.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, customer landscape, and regulatory environment.


Proven expertise in :

  • Strategic marketing leadership
  • Product and channel marketing (B2B & B2C)
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Business planning and 4P marketing management
  • Market localization and adaptation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Engineering background is preferred.
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English fluency.
  • High integrity and strong adherence to MNC governance standards.
