Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to lead digital marketing, brand development, and content creation. You will run campaigns, manage our messaging, and help build scalable systems that support company growth. This role is ideal for a marketer ready to take ownership and step into leadership as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, paid ads)
• Lead brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Create or manage content for social, website, and investor communications
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using analytics tools
• Maintain and update website content (WordPress)
• Work closely with leadership to support brand growth and investor education

Qualifications

Required:

• 2–5 years of marketing experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation
• Clear writing and communication skills
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email tools, and basic WordPress
• Organized and confident managing multiple projects

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate, investing, or other high-trust industries
• Familiarity with SEO, funnels, or paid ads strategy
• Ability to create or direct simple video/photo content
