Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, etc.); preferably holding a Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or Business Management.

15+ years of marketing leadership experience in sectors such as Machinery and Industrial Products.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Experience with SAP systems.

Proven track record in developing and executing brand and portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth.

Job Description

Develop, enhance, and optimize a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, implementing actions that support sustainable brand growth.

Analyze global and local competition, market trends, and sector dynamics to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.

Leverage customer and market insights to shape the brand’s medium-to-long-term positioning, product portfolio strategy, and innovation roadmap.

Manage the design and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, corporate communications, field marketing, trade fairs, distributor network, etc.).

Develop data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and strengthen brand preference.

Oversee the end-to-end management of new product launches and relaunches, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
