The Marketing Director is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for driving the organization’s brand presence, growth, and market impact. This role oversees the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, advertising initiatives, and promotional campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies that support organizational growth.

Direct and oversee all advertising, branding, and promotional activities across channels.

Partner with and support the Marketing Manager in daily operations, campaign execution, and achievement of departmental goals.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.

Identify and evaluate new market segments and growth opportunities.

Design and launch data-driven advertising campaigns based on market research and performance metrics.

Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, products, and services to keep the organization competitive.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.

Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing department’s operating budget, including forecasting and ROI analysis.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Serve as the hiring manager for marketing department roles.

Oversee the daily workflow, priorities, and performance of the marketing team.

Provide timely, constructive feedback and performance evaluations.

Manage employee relations, including coaching, progressive discipline, and terminations, in accordance with company policies.
