We are a Physician-owned Urgent Care practice in Alexandria, Virginia, committed to providing high-quality, accessible medical care to our community. We are seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Marketing Manager to help grow patient volume, strengthen our local brand, and expand our digital presence.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive patient awareness and engagement. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional with experience in healthcare or local service marketing who can work independently and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient visits
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, social media, and local SEO
• Oversee website content updates and online listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.)
• Create and manage email and text outreach campaigns
• Track and report marketing performance metrics (leads, patient volume, ROI)
• Coordinate community outreach, partnerships, and local promotions
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with healthcare advertising standards

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics
• Experience with social media management and content planning
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices is a plus
