. will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for a
B2B engineering contracting company specializing in Data Centers, Low Current Systems, and related services.
This role focuses on strengthening market positioning, driving lead generation, and supporting business development and procurement functions by aligning marketing strategies with project pipelines and client acquisition goals across Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives and target sectors.

Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in engineering and contracting projects.

Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and procurement teams to support tendering processes and client acquisition.

Oversee branding, corporate communications, and digital marketing initiatives tailored to technical services and solutions.

Manage marketing campaigns targeting key industries related to our divisions industry.

Support prequalification processes by preparing company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials for bids and proposals.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources, and show project ROI.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.

Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to engineering services.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Managing Marketing, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical B2B industries.

Proven experience in supporting tendering, procurement cycles, and project-based marketing.

Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and government/private sector procurement processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for clients.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
