🚀 Marketing Director – Commercial Real Estate | Middle East / GCC Expansion

We are preparing the next stage of our international growth and are starting conversations with senior marketing profiles ahead of our GCC expansion .

We are looking for a content-driven Marketing Director based in Dubai, with strong knowledge of the Middle East commercial real estate market .

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn market knowledge into visibility, trust, authority, and commercial opportunities.

The ideal profile:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing

✅ Strong understanding of the GCC / Middle East real estate environment

✅ Fluent in English and Arabic, French will be a plus.

✅ Proven experience creating high-quality content, campaigns, newsletters, LinkedIn strategy, market insights, and thought leadership

✅ International mindset, with the ability to position a growing platform across different markets

✅ Comfortable working closely with sales teams, brokers, landlords, developers, occupiers, and investors

✅ Based in Dubai or strongly connected to the Dubai / GCC market

The mission will be to help build a strong brand voice, create content that educates and converts, support lead generation, and contribute to the expansion of a commercial real estate marketplace with international ambitions.
