Kentucky Select Properties, a top-selling, highly-regarded, 100% locally-owned independent real estate company headquartered in Louisville, KY, is seeking a full-time in-house Marketing Director.

The Marketing Director reports to the Managing Broker and is an integral part of a 6-person team which consists of the Managing Broker, one digital media coordinator direct report, and 3 experienced administrative professionals who support 75 of the leading real estate agents in the Louisville market.

The position is a graphic design-heavy role requiring extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially In-Design and Photoshop, and requires experience managing an annual marketing budget and managing and nurturing relationships with multiple outside marketing vendors.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple time sensitive priorities, projects, personalities and stakeholders, and thriving in that environment, will be a definite plus.

Key skills include a demonstrated strategic thinking orientation, superb communication abilities, and a responsive, team-oriented and upbeat attitude.

Experience working in a real estate company and/or with the MLS or similarly structured environment a plus, but not a requisite experience.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Managing Broker to establish and manage an annual brand marketing plan and budget, including media placement
• Working with the digital media coordinator to establish and manage priorities, including social media, based on business objectives and budget
• Meeting with agents to establish personal marketing goals and establishing ways to support them to achieve those goals
• Managing relationships with multiple outside marketing vendors
• Creating and placing print ads for the company and individual agents
• Creating content and distributing through Rezora digital marketing platform
• Managing the Kentucky Select website
• Managing the Kentucky Select intranet (Sharepoint)
• Nurturing relationships with our global broker network – Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate/LuxuryRealEstate.com
• Assessing the role of Artificial General Intelligence (AI) and working with management to implement uses that drive business objectives
