Marketing Director for a Mortgage Lender

The Marketing Director will be responsible for all facets of Greenbox Loans Inc.’s (GB) marketing efforts including direction, ideation, project planning and management.

Areas overseen: Wholesale and Corporate Marketing including all DBA’s. With future responsibilities that may include Retail and Correspondent divisions.

In this role, you will report to GB’s Chief Production Officer (CPO) to craft and present the GB brand to the world. In addition, you will be the key figure for all deployment, administration and analysis of campaigns, including but not limited to preparing campaigns, trafficking campaigns across channels, tracking performance, monitoring and reporting stats, servicing of ongoing campaigns, interfacing with colleagues, strategic partners, and nurturing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead creative design/content for all advertising including print, sales collateral, tradeshows and website.

· Provide direction of all Email marketing and data base management

· Direct content and design for email marketing

· Source, coordinate and manage all vendors associated with GB’s marketing efforts

· Direct content direction for GB’s website properties

· Oversee and direct GB’s image for social media, web content and press releases

· Coordinate with industry trade groups and organize attendance/participation at multiple state functions (Trade Shows)

· Attend/coordinate major trade show events

· Manage direct reports, Marketing Specialist

· Presenter with Trainer and CPO at “Non-QM” classes, webinars, marketing and recruiting events

Additional responsibilities:

· Monitor campaigns to ensure ongoing campaign success through reporting, analysis, and maintenance (Reporting system)

· Organize campaign assets, and traffic campaigns across multiple online publishing outlets

· Analyze data from previous campaigns & measure the effectiveness of specific promotions

· Create daily and weekly campaign schedules based on campaign performance

· Optimize campaigns and report revenue and profitability numbers to management

· Identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment and communicate solutions to superior

· Interpret, analyze and make recommendations against campaign metrics

· Apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency and distribution of campaigns

· Collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions on campaigns performance

· Realize maximum revenue opportunity in accordance with goals and objectives of company

· Report stats and recommendations for company growth to management on a weekly basis

· Learn, understand and promote Company's lending products

· Proactively market and convey advantages of our service to existing and prospective customers

· Meet specific revenue and account based goals

· Communicate campaign performance details across multiple other divisions in the company

Requested Skills/Experience:

· Bachelor's degree required

· Master’s degree or equivalent preferred

· Knowledge of graphics, HTML, web pages, and FTP a plus

· Graphic Design experience a plus

· Excellent written and oral communication skills (outgoing, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)

· Excellent organizational skills (meticulous and process-oriented)

· Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data

· Ability to adjust message to match the audience

· Willingness and aptitude to learn; willingness to seek assistance and technical expertise when needed

· Ability to identify opportunities and set action items

· Display authority and self-assurance when presenting to and speaking with clients and vendors

· Proven success in attaining set goals

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
