About Miami Hair Transplant

Miami Hair Transplant is one of the leading hair restoration clinics in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our patient acquisition efforts, optimize advertising performance, and drive the continued growth of our company.

This position will work directly with executive leadership and be responsible for managing all digital marketing initiatives, lead generation strategies, website performance, and patient acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns on a daily basis.

* Continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

* Ensure patient acquisition costs remain within company goals and profitability targets.

* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize results.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase both lead volume and lead quality.

* Oversee and coordinate the creative team, including video editors, graphic designers, photographers, and content creators.

* Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages.

* Oversee website development, performance, and conversion optimization.

* Implement and manage SEO and Local SEO strategies.

* Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings.

* Oversee CRM systems, conversion tracking, marketing automation, and lead nurturing processes.

* Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for executive leadership.

* Identify new opportunities for growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.

* Proven experience managing advertising budgets of at least $60,000 per month.

* Advanced experience with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.

* Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

* Proven track record of reducing cost per lead and improving campaign performance.

* Experience generating high-volume leads in competitive markets.

* Experience with website development and conversion optimization.

* Experience building and optimizing landing pages.

* Advanced knowledge of SEO and Local SEO.

* Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.

* Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously.

* Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency preferred.

* This is a 100% on-site position in Miami, Florida.

* Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

* Only candidates with proven experience managing high-volume PPC campaigns and advertising budgets exceeding $60,000 per month will be considered.
