Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to assisted living communities, focusing on increasing occupancy and brand awareness.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, Google AdWords, and performance marketing to maximize online visibility.
- Oversee content creation for various platforms such as websites (WordPress), social media channels, print advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and optimize marketing initiatives for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by building relationships with local media outlets, community partners, and referral sources.
- Lead product management for promotional materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite; ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive positioning, and emerging industry trends within assisted living sectors.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI across all channels while exploring new opportunities such as e-commerce integrations or innovative advertising tactics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B marketing strategies that support outreach to healthcare providers, referral networks, and community organizations.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance resident engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on senior living or healthcare industries; familiarity with assisted living environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media platforms (Facebook Advertising included), multichannel marketing strategies, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress (including HTML basics), and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in content marketing, copywriting, research methodologies, and print advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing advertising sales efforts and developing strategic partnerships within the community sector.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for persuasive storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of performance marketing techniques including Google AdWords campaigns and Facebook Advertising optimization.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
