Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist with expertise in product photography, image editing, website product management, and email marketing. This role is central to maintaining our three e-commerce websites (1 wholesale and 2 retail) and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Daily responsibilities include keeping product listings accurate, visually appealing, and up to date across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage and maintain 1 wholesale website and 2 retail websites, ensuring all three are updated daily.
- Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure product pages are accurate, visually consistent, and optimized for SEO and customer experience.
- Oversee product categories, inventory updates, and new product launches online.
- Product Photography & Design
- Photograph new and existing inventory to create high-quality images for the websites.
- Edit and retouch product photos to professional e-commerce standards (clean backgrounds, consistent sizing, optimized for web).
- Design banners, promotional images, and product visuals aligned with brand identity.
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Design and build branded email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches).
- Manage contact lists, segments, and campaign scheduling.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce product management and digital marketing support.
- Strong skills in product photography and image editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools).
- Experience designing and sending email campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- 2–4 years in an e-commerce, product photography, or marketing role.
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (a plus, not required).
