Position Title: Marketing & Engagement Manager
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Marketing & Engagement Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for managing campaigns, content distribution, and audience engagement strategies that connect people with services, support trust-building, and amplify Diversus' brand presence. Working collaboratively across the marketing team without direct reports, this role thrives at the intersection of strategy and connection- translating Diversus' mission into engaging experiences across social, digital, and community touchpoints.

Essential Functions

Campaign & Engagement Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social, and experiential channels.
  • Lead engagement strategies that strengthen community connection and trust in Diversus.
  • Lead content distribution, audience targeting, and scheduling to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach across platforms.
  • Identify and test new engagement channels, tools, and tactics to continuously improve reach and impact.
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly marketing planning and media planning, helping to identify the right mix of channels, tactics, and timing to maximize impact.
  • Ensure all campaigns and engagement activities are aligned with Diversus Health’s brand voice, visual identity, and strategic priorities.

Listening, Insights & Reporting

  • Act as a frontline listener in digital and community spaces, surfacing feedback and insights to inform campaign adjustments, content priorities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to the Director of Brand & Marketing.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with marketing team members, outreach teams, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure cohesive marketing that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Support events, trainings, and other brand activation efforts as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into the client journey—from awareness to access to care.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Diversus Health’s mission and operational excellence.

Education & Experience

Skills & Competencies

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (social, email, SEO/SEM) and campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating with designers, content creators, or project managers in a collaborative workflow.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with media planning, buying, or working with media agencies.
  • Experience developing and improving marketing processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email automation, analytics, and social media management).
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work Environment:

  • Work performed across multiple Diversus Health facilities including offices, clinics, and outdoor areas.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and exterior grounds.
  • May occasionally be exposed to chemicals, dust, and maintenance materials following safety guidelines.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Mobility Clause: This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs. While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to

alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

Physical Requirements:

This position is a hybrid role based in Colorado Springs, CO, requiring both on-site and remote work. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. The position involves regular communication with internal teams, community members, and external partners, both in person and via virtual platforms. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required for handling event or campaign materials. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary to support events, campaigns, or other engagement activities.
