Marketing Engineer

The Marketing Engineer will support business development and sales activities across the UAE construction market by promoting the company’s products/services to consultants, contractors, and developers. The role combines technical knowledge with client engagement to drive project approvals and sales growth.

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Prepare technical submittals, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Track ongoing projects, tenders, and market opportunities.
• Support sales targets through follow-ups, quotations, and client coordination.
• Provide technical guidance on product specifications and applications.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction, building materials, or related fields.
• Must have own car and a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction market and project processes

Key Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Existing network of consultants and contractors in the UAE.
• Experience in product approvals, specification work, and technical submissions.
