Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinating Contractor to join our marketing team. This role is essential in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing events that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and event management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. This Position is Hybrid, with our office location in Irvine, CA

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events both online and in-person that align with company objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage content creation for event promotions, including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and website updates via WordPress and HTML.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and B2B marketing efforts to maximize outreach.
  • Oversee budgeting for events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while meeting campaign goals.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target markets to inform campaign development.
  • Manage product management aspects related to event promotions and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with print advertising vendors for offline promotional materials as needed.

Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or event coordination with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience with online event coordination (Zoom setup & Coordination with large groups)
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and marketing automation software.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and product management is highly desirable.
  • Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
