About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, and creative recent or soon-to-graduate college professional to join our marketing team as a Marketing & Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in marketing with a strong interest in event management, communications, digital marketing, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience supporting marketing programs, webinars, conferences, trade shows, social media, and corporate communications in a fast-paced professional environment.
What You'll Do

Assist with planning and execution of webinars, conferences, trade shows, recruiting events, and internal meetings

Coordinate logistics including registration, schedules, meeting coordination, materials, catering, and event communications

Help manage project timelines, task tracking, and event checklists

Support speaker coordination and presentation preparation

Assist with live and on-site event execution

Assist with execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

Support webinar scheduling, promotion, and follow-up activities

Help ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Coordinate marketing materials and internal communications

Support management of the company social media calendar

Create and schedule social media posts using approved brand templates

Assist with content formatting and basic graphic coordination

Monitor engagement metrics and support reporting activities

Assist with marketing activities in platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools

Support-E-Mail scheduling, contact list management, and campaign tracking

Maintain organized and accurate marketing data and files

Help organize marketing assets and materials
What We Look For

Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field

Interest in marketing, events, communications, and digital marketing
-
Internship, coursework, campus organization, or volunteer experience related to marketing or event coordination is preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, or marketing tools is a plus

Coursework or experience related to event management or event planning

Experience coordinating campus events, student organizations, or internships

Exposure to marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar tools

Interest in corporate marketing, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services industries
