Marketing & Events Coordinator / Manager (On-Site) – Estate Planning & Elder Care Law Firm.
We are a growing, team-driven estate planning and elder care law firm seeking a hands-on marketing professional to help expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and connect with more families and referral partners. This is not a “sit back and manage” role. We are looking for someone who executes, creates, and drives results—someone who takes ownership and turns ideas into action. We operate in a highly competitive market and are committed to standing out through education, relationships, and meaningful content that truly helps families.
What You’ll Do:
Events & Community Outreach
- Coordinate in person seminars and workshops
- Establish an annual industry based symposium with vendors and speakers
- Prepare marketing materials and support team participation
- Attend select events to represent and promote the firm
- Assist with webinar planning, marketing and follow-up
Content & Campaign Execution
- Create and manage content across social media, email, blogs, and video
- Execute consistent posting and communication schedules
- Assist in developing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation
Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up sequences
- Nurture leads and maintain communication with clients and referral sources
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Plan and execute social media strategy across key platforms
- Manage posting and engagement, and assist with paid campaigns
Content Creation
- Develop written, visual, and video content
- Use Canva to produce professional marketing materials
- Assist with recording and editing video content
Tracking & Growth
- Monitor performance of campaigns and initiatives
- Report on key metrics and suggest improvements
- Help translate ideas into measurable growth strategies

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of marketing and event experience (law firm or professional services a plus)
- Experience with:
- Canva (required)
- Email marketing platforms
- Social media management tools
- WordPress or similar CMS
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with Lawmatics and video editing is a plus

Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
