Marketing Executive

Education - Graduate

Mandatory requirements - Fluent in spoken - Kannada, Telugu and Tamil (Preferred all 3) + Hindi/English

BTL -

• Plan and execute local marketing events, loan melas, housing society activations, kiosk setups, etc.
• Distribute and install marketing collaterals at strategic locations in the branch catchment area
• Manage vendor coordination for field-level execution as needed
• Execute Marketing BTL activities near branches, catchment areas on a daily and weekly basis

Branch Branding & Collateral Management -

• Ensure consistent branding across all branches (signages, posters, standees, etc.)
• Conduct regular collateral audits and replenish marketing materials by traveling to branches
• Maintain inventory and usage records for all marketing collaterals

Coordination & Planning -

• Work closely with Branch Managers to identify local marketing opportunities
• Share weekly activity plans and post-activity reports with the central marketing team
• Gather insights from the field to recommend hyperlocal campaigns or improvements
