Job description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote computer services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market company’s computer services such as IT support, networking solutions, software services, and hardware sales.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, online platforms, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with clients to explain service offerings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in computer services.
• Coordinate with the operations/technical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions for reporting.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Basic knowledge of IT/computer services (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.

Salary : 15k to 25k
