JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and contribute ideas for effective marketing strategies, conduct market research, and analyze data to identify target audiences.
- Map competitor activities, understand industry trends, and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
- Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
- Conduct mass marketing campaigns using traditional methods such as flyering and bannering.
- Improve word-of-mouth marketing to maximize student referrals.
- Monitor and manage social media activities to maintain consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Conduct IT awareness and brand promotion sessions in schools and colleges to enhance visibility.
- Arrange and supervise academic and non-academic events (e.g., picnics, annual functions) to boost student satisfaction and relations.
- Help finance department in collecting monthly and OV fees.
