Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive – Field Work to promote our hospital’s services and build strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and the community. The role involves active field visits, community outreach, and partnership development to enhance patient inflow and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate offices to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Promote hospital services, specialty departments, health packages, and upcoming medical events.
• Identify and establish corporate tie-ups for health check-up camps, wellness programs, and insurance panels.
• Plan and execute health awareness campaigns, medical camps, and community outreach programs.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and referrals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for patient referrals, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Minimum [0–3] years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• [Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.]
