Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is end-to-end marketing, requiring hands-on experience in content planning, campaign execution, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle sector, with the ability to deliver innovative campaigns that engage audiences and drive business growth. You will report directly to the Lounge Manager and work closely with all departments to ensure the brand’s voice and presence are consistently represented across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Develop and execute monthly content plans for social media, email marketing, and other channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
• Brand Development: Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
• Event & Promotion Support: Collaborate on promotional campaigns, events, and activations to enhance guest experience and drive footfall.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on insights and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the management team, operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Innovation: Bring creative ideas and initiatives to enhance the brand presence and engage the target audience.
• End-to-End Marketing: Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across all campaigns and materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants, F&B, or lifestyle brands
• Strong content creation and campaign planning skills
• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Hands-on experience managing social media and digital marketing channels
• Creative thinker with excellent visual and written communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach
