Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation with an engineering background and an MBA in Marketing. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and supporting business growth across Tamil Nadu.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related specialization (mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2–3 years) are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu for marketing activities, client visits, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events across Tamil Nadu.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, digital content, and presentations.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.

Core Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and promote engineering-related products or solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
