Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for upcoming events: social media, email, website, offline promotions.
  • Promote events via effective marketing channels: digital (social media, email), print, PR, collaborator partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) and external partners (vendors, sponsors, media) to ensure smooth event delivery and brand consistency.
  • Monitor, track and report on event performance and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Maintain event calendars, budgets, contracts and ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
  • On-site support: ensure event setup, guest management, signage, AV, staffing, and that the event runs according to plan (may require evening/weekend work).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management or related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events or brand activation
  • Experience in the events industry (live/virtual) is desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational / project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative mind set – able to contribute fresh ideas for event themes, activations, and marketing content.
  • Analytical mind set – able to track metrics, generate insights and adjust strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing & event tools: social media management, email marketing tools, MS Office, basic analytics. Knowledge of CRM/event registration platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours (evenings, weekends) as events often require that.
  • Team-player, able to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, creative, vendors.
  • For the Mumbai/India market: understanding of local event ecosystems, vendors, cultural/context underpinnings will be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,964.28 - ₹35,066.33 per month
