Under the supervision of the Premier Golf Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

This position takes a hands-on approach to all areas of the marketing spectrum, with a digital-first approach. Take ownership of, and develop key marketing tools, partnerships and digital platforms. Work with the marketing team to create seasonal content plans, activities, and campaigns that will drive maximum ROI.

Utilize the vastly experienced Premier Golf team and depth of industry expertise to maintain and enhance Premier Golf’s luxury brand status, ensuring best-practice marketing communications at all times.

    Work with Premier Golf’s agency partners, ensuring delivery of key strategies, including SEO, and above-the-line media.

    This highly creative role will provide the successful applicant with the platform to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive and highly motivated team. Make a direct impact on and measurable difference to a successful, growing business in an exciting and engaging industry.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute integrated marketing activities, including new product launches, destinations, events, strategic marketing partnerships, and services.
    • Generate measurable demand and lead generation resulting in clear ROI.
    • Lead on customer lifecycle management, maximizing customer satisfaction, leading to increased client retention and growth in repeat business for targeted Premier Golf products & services
    • Drive B2B partnerships with media outlets, tourism boards, and strategic partners.
    • Manage events, including trade shows and B2C activities across the USA. Co-ordinate with the team, external partners, and third-party investment to ensure exceptional delivery
    • Influence the overall marketing strategy utilizing insights and data to form short, medium, and long-term objectives.
    • Manage budgets and develop forecasting for marketing activities.
    • Support on the management and updating of the Premier Golf website as required, utilizing the backed system, WordPress.
    • Build, test, send, and report on segmented email communications
    • Develop content for digital platforms, including on-page, blog, and social media.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field

    • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing, Communication, or similar role

    • A strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator.

    • Experience working in and building effective teams, managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders

    • Highly organized and efficient

    • Proven ability to work independently

    • Detail-focused, self-motivated, and proactive

    • Experienced at managing projects - including communication, timelines, budgets, and delivery

    • Desire to achieve best practice delivery across all elements of the role

    Beneficial skills include:

    • Experience in event planning

    • Experience with: content creation, social media platforms, website CMS Systems, design & video editing software

    • A passion for Travel and/or Golf/Sports
