The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the following for the below during their role as a Marketing Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager – Marketing to assist in day-to-day activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the team during shoots, including pre-shoot planning, coordination, on-ground assistance, and post-shoot follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, Digital, Purchase, Sales, Finance and Operations) for smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events as directed.
- Maintain trackers, databases, and reports related to marketing activities and vendor management.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and social media content.
- Help in preparing presentation materials, reports, and briefs for marketing projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and research exercises to understand trends and competitor activities.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Mandatory:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new things
Desirable:
- Basic understanding of design
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Basic understanding of Web designing
Mandatory:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with campaign planning, branding, and digital media.
Desirable:
- Exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing.
- Awareness of current marketing trends and social media algorithms.
- Ability to go through Data and create Analysis Reports

- Flexibility to travel for shoots or marketing events when required.

- 1–2 years of experience of on Job Experience
- College Freshers are also acceptable
8. QUALITATIVE REQUIREMENT

- A Master’s / Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing related fields
- Age: 22 to 25years
