Job Summary

The Marketing & PR Executive is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, managing influencer partnerships, supporting brand campaigns, and ensuring strong visibility across digital and traditional media platforms. This role requires a creative, organized, trend-driven professional who understands social media, brand storytelling, and influencer marketing across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers across Tier 1–3 aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage influencer communication, negotiations, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate invitations for events, launches, tastings, and media previews.
  • Track influencer content, performance, and ROI (reach, EMV, engagement).
  • Build and maintain an updated talent database (local, regional, niche categories).
  • Ensure all influencer collaborations follow brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.

PR & Communications

  • Support PR planning including press releases, media alerts, and story angles.
  • Manage press lists, media outreach, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly or monthly PR reports.
  • Assist in building relationships with journalists, editors, freelancers, and media platforms.
  • Draft and edit PR copy: event notes, speeches, bios, captions, campaign messaging.

Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing 360° brand campaigns (digital, social, on-ground).
  • Coordinate content shoots with photographers, videographers, and creative teams.
  • Support in brand activations, launch events, and campaign rollouts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling, influencer hooks, and campaign angles.

Event Management

  • Support event planning logistics: guest lists, RSVPs, talent coordination, and on-ground support.
  • Manage influencer check-in, briefing, content capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Prepare post-event reports summarizing coverage, KPIs, and insights.

Reporting & Research

  • Track competitors, trends, and emerging influencers.
  • Analyze data from social platforms and influencer collaborations.
  • Prepare performance decks, campaign recaps, and monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in PR, influencer marketing, or social media (agency or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of UAE media landscape and GCC influencer ecosystem.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong aesthetic and brand understanding.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, social analytics tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with PR tools (Meltwater, Tagger, Kolsquare, etc.).
  • Arabic is a plus but not required
