Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic event management team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our events, build brand awareness, and drive ticket sales.

Job Description

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns (digital and offline)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence and website content
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote events, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and PR
• Track performance of campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports.
• Analyze event marketing metrics and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master's degree
• Proven experience in a marketing or similar role (1-3 years preferred)
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam/English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
