Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)

Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.


Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will support the execution of TCL’s 360° marketing strategy across the GCC region, working across PR, KOLs, Paid Media, Joint Channel Marketing, Content, and Activations. The role requires a hands-on, organized, and proactive individual able to coordinate multiple projects, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with TCL’s brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Project Support

  • Support end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (brand, product, and retail) across all GCC markets.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign assets, approvals, and timelines are managed effectively.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and lead in post-campaign reporting and analysis.


2. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Support content planning and delivery across digital, social, retail, and traditional media.
  • Support the development of copy, visuals, and local market adaptations.
  • Liaise with creative agencies and internal design team to ensure content consistency.


3. Paid Media & Digital

  • Assist in managing always-on digital campaigns across markets.
  • Coordinate approvals, right tagging, and creative submissions.
  • Create media performance reports and support analysis to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness.


4. PR & Influencer Marketing

  • Support influencer identification, agency briefing, and content coordination.
  • Compile performance reports for Influencer and PR initiatives.
  • Liaise with PR agencies to ensure timely dissemination of press releases and brand news.


5. Trade & Channel Marketing

  • Support in activating joint marketing initiatives with key retail partners.
  • Track sales, deliverables, and ensure proof of execution.


6. Activations & Partnerships

  • Assist in planning of experiential marketing initiatives aligned with key seasons.
  • Provide operational support for on-ground activations, events, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and system approvals for all activities.


7. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain internal trackers, reports, and systems (budgets, calendars, project sheets).
  • Prepare marketing activities’ performance summaries and presentations.
  • Manage invoice processing and budget reconciliations.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role in GCC.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with social media and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
