Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new patient case opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, department heads, and hospital leadership.
  • Develop strategic account plans for growth.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and local healthcare changes.
  • Keep accurate CRM records of activities, forecasts, and pipeline.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years medical pharma/healthcare marketing experience (hospital-focused).
  • Proven record of exceeding sales and case-generation targets.
  • Willing to travel extensively within territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
