Marketing Executive

Company Overview

Nofilter Coffee Shop is a fast-growing, premium coffee brand in Lahore, located in DHA Phase 6. We are looking for a Female Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive footfall through creative digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly marketing plans to increase footfall and sales.
• Manage social media pages (content creation, posting, engagement, and basic analytics).
• Run campaigns when required and track performance.
• Coordinate in-store promotions, seasonal offers, and events.
• Create marketing materials (posters, menus, flyers) through designers or Canva.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partner brands for promotions.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor online reviews.
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and in-store displays.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare simple monthly reports.
• Work closely with the store manager and operations team to align marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience
• Strong social media management and content creation skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to plan campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics.
• Creative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
