Marketing Executive

At Tick & Talk, we’re on a mission to transform how people communicate. Through our AI-powered platform Speekr.ai, we deliver hyper-realistic roleplay and coaching. Our goal is to help individuals and teams master communication, whether for sales, presentations, customer support, or leadership, with tailored, AI-driven training.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience to help us scale Tick & Talk and Speekr.ai. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content) to drive app sign-ups and engagement
• Work closely with the product and content teams to produce marketing collateral, blog posts, and educational content
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and optimize for growth
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics (KPI tracking, ROI) and optimize accordingly
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitive positioning, and channel opportunities
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other creative resources to produce compelling materials
• Support partnerships and influencer-based initiatives to amplify user acquisition

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or coaching/training companies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email automation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data, metrics, and reporting
• Creative thinker, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with content creation and basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is desirable
