Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our marketing department in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Social Media Executive and Sales teams to create engaging content, manage listings, and help drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning & executing marketing campaigns for new launches and existing projects
• Coordinate with sales teams for updated project information, inventory, pricing, and offers
• Create basic content (captions, reels ideas, scripts, project highlights)
• Support in managing paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) with agencies or internal team
• Handle portal listings (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
• Manage marketing calendars & deadlines
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
• Support in events, broker meetups, open houses
• Assist in brand building and collateral creation (flyers, brochures, presentations)

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
