We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that promote our landscaping services and brand image. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, with a passion for environmental design, horticulture, and outdoor living spaces.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience with content writing, social media management, or event coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) are a plus.
- Familiarity with branding, market research, and campaign management.
- Holding a Valid UAE Driving License.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
- Develop marketing content such as posts, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist in designing visuals or coordinating with graphic designers.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to support marketing strategy and product positioning.
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support in organizing company events, exhibitions, conferences, and product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Assist the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media or digital platforms.
- Help manage CRM systems and customer databases.
- Prepare marketing performance reports (weekly/monthly).
- Track budgets and expenses for campaigns.
- Assist in planning annual marketing calendars and schedules.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
