Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Executive with strong skills in website management, SEO, graphic design, and digital marketing. The role focuses on brand promotion, lead generation, content creation, campaign execution, and cross-team collaboration to drive business growth and strengthen brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Evaluate brand positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support the creation of marketing plans, advertising strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Benchmark competitors and recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand standing.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO activities, and other digital campaigns.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead generation and nurturing.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and create insightful reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure campaigns support business and revenue goals.
3. Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design compelling creatives for digital and print media, such as brochures, banners, flyers, catalogs, and corporate materials.
- Create engaging social media posts, ad layouts, stories, reels, email templates, and infographics.
- Manage photography, videography, and video editing tasks for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
4. Website Management & Online Presence
- Manage and update the company website with accurate, attractive, and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and user behavior to recommend improvements.
- Work with developers to support technical updates and enhance user experience.
5. AI Tools & Productivity
- Use AI-based tools for content creation, automation, analytics, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated with new digital and design trends to implement innovative marketing solutions.
6. Collaboration, Events & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and design teams to align marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and webinars to boost brand presence.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports and evaluate performance and ROI.
- Maintain an organized marketing calendar and structured creative asset library.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or marketing communications.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Proficiency with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Good understanding of website development, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing/design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
